At Visionary Canvas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and to know that its the right fit for your space. That’s why we offer a generous 60-day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 60 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Where possible, it must also be in the original packaging, with all accessories included.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original payment method. We aim to complete this process within 10 working days of receiving your item, although this is not always possible.
A partial refund may be granted if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds
We always endeavour to complete refunds as promptly as possible.
However, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or processed.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@visionarycanvas.com.
Sale items
The refund value will be the full price paid for the product, apart from in the case of a partial refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@visionarycanvas.com.
Shipping returns
Our support team will get in contact with you to outline the return process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, for example if it is lost or stolen in transit.
